Backstory: Cocoa was born to a pair of Christian parents who imposed their religion on her from a young age. As a foal and early filly, she attended, and even enjoyed, church on a regular basis. During her younger years, she was much more girly, due to her mother's well-meaning, but misguided, affections. As she entered middle school, Cocoa began seriously questioning her life thus far. She wondered if she really believed what her parents so strongly did, and whether the growing crush on one of her best mare friends was just a phase. It was also during this time that she joined the band and earned her cutie mark. By the time 7th grade rolled around, she deemed herself bisexual and agnostic. But by the end of 8th grade year, and towards the beginning of high school, Cocoa discovered pansexuality, and found that it was right for her. She lives with her parents and is now a sophomore, but has yet to come out to anyone about her beliefs or sexuality, aside from her close friends. Cocoa currently runs a tumblr blog and is a proud feminist and Whoovian.

Personality: Very quiet and kind to those close to her, but a bit cynical and sarcastic. Slightly paranoid, but cares a lot about her friends, and wants the best for them and for herself. She's a straight-A-and-B student, with a 4.0 (or 3.9) GPA to show for it. She often dreams of becoming an astronomer one day, because of her love for outer space and everything having to do with it. She can be narcissistic and even a bit psychopathic at times, but will always come back to reality in the end.

Dislikes: Homophobia, religious maniacs, preppy ponies, internet hate, misandry, misogamy.

Abilities: As her cutie mark implies, Cocoa is a flute player. She's pretty passionate about it (even if she's nowhere near professional-grade), and likes playing tunes just for fun. Has very advanced magic, thus can use levitation, teleportation, and can fire powerful magical beams as weapons.
